PRIMARY CARE CLINIC MEDICAL ASSISTANT FULL TIME POSITION
POSITION: Certified/Registered Medical Assistant
POSITION NO: 110424
JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of the Medical assistant is to work closely with the Practice Manager, providers and staff to lead clinical/administration coverage, maintain adequate clinic supplies, Assist Practice Manager as required. Conduct Orientation and Training of new employees. In collaboration of Practice Manger, investigate and address any patient complaints, situation or needs not met. Will fill in as Medical Assistant, Medical Administrative Assistant or Patient Services Coordinator as needed. Will include occasional weekend coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have at least 2 years’ experience in primary care clinic setting. Must have knowledge quality initiatives and knowledge of electronic medical records. Medical Assistant certification or registration within 6 months of hire. BLS certification required.
