Trigg County Hospital Behavioral Health, also known as Seasons Behavioral Health, provides mental health services targeted to adults (18+), and we understand that adults at every stage of life can face challenges that impact their mental well-being. Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, or a major life transitions or disorders, seeking support is the first step toward healing and improving your everyday quality of life.
Our program provides outpatient counseling services for adults with behavioral health issues or those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss or a difficult life transition. Our services are primarily offered in an outpatient group setting, but outpatient individual services are provided as needed by a licensed therapist.
In addition to outpatient therapy, we offer psychiatric evaluation and medication management provided by a licensed PMHNP. The services of Trigg County Hospital Behavioral Health do not require a physician referral. A free assessment of a patient's needs can be obtained by a member of our clinical staff.

Our Services Include:

• Free Clinical Assessments: No physician referral is required to access our services.
