• Merge onto EDWARD T BREATHITT PENNYRILE PKWY S via EXIT 38A toward HOPKINSVILLE.
• EDWARD T BREATHITT PENNYRILE PKWY S becomes PENNYRILE PKWY S.
• Take the KY-1682 exit- EXIT 12- toward HOPKINSVILLE.
• Take the KY-1682 ramp toward US-41.
• Turn LEFT onto KY-1682 W.
• Turn RIGHT onto KY-80 W/US-68 W/CADIZ RD/E KY-80/KY-80 E/E US-68. Continue to follow KY-80 W/E KY-80/KY-80 E.

From I-24:

• Take the US-68/KY-80 exit- EXIT 65- toward CADIZ/HOPKINSVILLE.
• Turn RIGHT onto HOPKINSVILLE RD/KY-80 W/US-68 W/E KY-80/KY-80 E/E US-68. Continue to follow KY-80 W/E KY-80/KY-80 E.
