Main Street Rural Health Clinic in Cadiz provides reliable, family medical care services. The clinic is conveniently located next door to Trigg County Hospital on Main Street in Cadiz, Kentucky. Our rural health clinic, providing lab services, X-Ray services, and more. Main Street Rural Health officially opened in October of 2023.

Please note that starting December 1, 2024, we will no longer accept cash as a method of payment at Main Street Rural Health. We are happy to accept a check, debit card or credit card at our clinic, or cash can be paid in-person at the Cashier's desk (inside Trigg County Hospital).
